Two weeks ago, I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson with the help of my son.  I could barely walk.  He gave me treatment for the swelling on my feet and a good massage.  In two days, that swelling went down.  I can actually put my feet flat on the ground and I can walk.

Previous to my visit to Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic, I was so distressed and in constant pain.  I used a walking stick for two years.  My mobility was poor, and I kept gaining more weight.  I could feel pain in my chest and found it difficult to breath at times.  I lay in bed or my chair most of the time.  The pain just did not go away.  When my feet swelled up, I depended on one of my children to come and help me at home.  I feel bad at times to ask for frequent help because they were working and have family of their own to tend to.

I know my food was not that good for my diabetes, so my sugar level was not in control.  I wake up several times during the night and struggle to go back to sleep. .  I feel  an overall weakness in my body, always tired and sleepy too. I eat more bread with cheese, jam or ham with some tea on days I am unable to move around that much.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic.  I was suffering from high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels and acid reflux problems.

My blood pressure remains consistently high even after each visit to the GP surgery for check-ups.  I am tablet controlled for my high blood pressure.  My cholesterol levels remain high and don’t seem to go down.  Over the years, I have been suffering from acid reflux discomfort.  It causes heartburn sensations especially during the afternoon and more so in the night.  I don’t really get a good night’s sleep.  It made me feel tired most of the times.  I ate less during the evenings, my appetite was poor.  I knew I had to change my diet and lifestyle and needed some guidance.

My daughter has been suffering from chronic stomach aches since the age of two.  She is now eight years old.  She has always been unwell for the longest of while.  She suffered from stomach cramps, nausea, sickness, pains in her legs and bad headaches.

I visited Doctor Stephen Ferguson two months after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis by the hospital consultant.  I also suffered from mild asthma since childhood.

Now suffering with rheumatoid arthritis, I had frequent asthma flare ups which did not help at all!   But what really got me down was the recent diagnose of rheumatoid arthritis.  I thought arthritis was for older people, not at- my age a young able woman!  The hospital consultant prescribed medication and anti inflammatory drugs.  The medications were strong.  It made me nauseous and sick.  I lost my appetite.  I had to force myself to eat, so that I could take the medication in the mornings.  After taking the tablets, I had to wait a while for the feeling of sickness to subside. I suffered from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) or better known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 10 years, since I was 17.  I was diagnosed by a hospital consultant in Manchester.  He prescribed sleeping pills and anti-depressants because I was not getting adequate sleep and extremely tired most of the time.  At this point, I decided to take my health in my own hands, after suffering for many, many years of ME Chronic Fatigue syndrome.

I brought my son to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson following my friend’s recommendation.  I took him to the Natural Health Clinic after many trips to the GP and my son was not getting any better.

My son suffers from asthma, skin allergies and painful boils on the head.  It got my son down; he became irritable and at times sluggish.  I found it difficult to manage him at home, sometimes I felt helpless when I see him unresponsive.  I let him be as he wants at times because I did not have the heart to be too strict with him.  He was not interacting well with his school mates; his school nurse had a chat with me about it.  His school work suffered because he was ill most times.

My daughter booked an appointment for me with Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic.  She heard about him from her friend who brought her mother to see him having the same type of problems I have.  My daughter’s friend was pleased to see her mother was doing so much better for herself after seeing Doctor Stephen.

I have been going to the doctors over the years, but my problems were still there.  The only that changed, were the tablets and injections that I took on a regular basis.  I am an insulin dependent diabetic.  I take insulin injections twice a day.  I do it myself.  But if I am unwell, sometimes my rheumatism flares up and I get bad headaches and feel weak.  My daughter comes over to help me out and she gives me my insulin injections and my medication.

I am careful with what I eat.  I make sure I eat regularly.  I do my own chores at home need a little support from my daughter now and again to do a little food shopping.  Sometimes I get very tired, or my blood pressure is up and I have to rest the whole day.

I suffer from severe hypothyroidism which makes me very tired most of the time. My concentration is far from good. This affects my work and sometimes I make frequent mistakes. I started to feel worried and went back to the doctors again. She changed the strength of my medication. It worked well for a while but then I started feeling the same way, this time I started feeling low and I couldn’t seem to understand why I felt that way.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because of my son, he suffered from asthma, eczema, head boils and he was overweight. Because of his weight, he was constantly bullied at school. He even hated school, kept telling me how he did not want to go back to school and how other children were always rude to him because of his weight. He had to rely on the asthma pump most of the time. He was worse in winter, had to run to hospital very often. He missed school a lot and was just doing catch up most of the time. As a mother it was very distressing and frustrating to watch your child suffering and you can’t do anything about it.

I came see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at The Natural Health Clinic because I was suffering from serious abdominal pains for nearly four years, blurred vision and lung problems. I had very bad stomach cramps, sharp stinging pains at times, and when  the pain came, I could barely stand, I ended up walking like a woman in labour.  It was a very torturing experience. I was very wheezy most of the time and this would be worse once I got a cold or a cough. Eventually my vision also became very blurred. But the optician quickly gave me glasses, although I was still struggling once I took them off. I was still struggling at night and also when I was tired. My GP referred me to the hospital for check up, but unfortunately the doctors could not find what exactly was wrong with me. they kept on asking me go back on appointments for routine check ups In the meantime, They put me strong pain killers to see it that helped, but the pain killers would only give relief for a short period of time.

 

After a long period of suffering, I came to see Dr Stephen Ferguson for live blood test to begin with. But my blood was so bad that even Dr Stephen Ferguson was in shock. He said it was one of the worst he had ever come across. He put me on 8 weeks programme, taking vitamins and food supplement.
